It takes 4 weeks starting from the sanctified drawing to the actual decorated glass samples. Once the sample is approved, we can complete the mass production of glass bottle in 30 to 35 days.

It is important for 3D printing to design a viable technical drawing. our team starts making the drawing after you accept the solution of glass packaging, you need to wait patiently for the final drawing because it is a process of repeated revisions. after you confirm the final drawing, we can proceed to do the 3D printing to show you the full shape of glass bottle. and also, we can send the 3D model to you for checking.
It is amazing that you are about to see the real product sample in this step. it takes around 15 days to make the sample mould and 7-10 days to produce the glass bottle sample. In regard to quantity of glass samples, we will select 10-20 pcs excellent sample as an assessment and mail.
This is a good opportunity to prove that we provide best services and high quality glass product to our customer. We mail the glass sample to you, together with an assessment report. you are amazed that it is fast to receive the sample with excellent quality. if you check the sample has no problem, we will proceed to the next step - the mass production. If you need a few minor changes, then we will modify the sample mould to remake the glass sample and mail.
Careful arrangement before mass production is vital for manufacturing glass bottle, we plan to do some things before production, once you approved the sample, then we need to prepare for glass bottle manufacturing in advance, including scheduling, moulds making and custom carton packing. Quality and product safety are the most important prerequisites for us, automated and manual quality controls start in the hot end section, after being cooled down slowly in the annealing oven, then from packing well in workshop to waiting for delivery in warehouse, aimed to reach our goal of zero defects in all our processes.
